phoenixsongIt gets the job done, and holds an edge really well. I will say that it's nicer than the 8" Henckels Chef knife that I have for everyday use.
That being said, I find the blade to be thicker and heavier than what I was expecting.
I think the Rosewood is a nice accent to the full tang, so I can't vouch for how an acryllic handle would look, but I definitely have confidence in the brand and the next knife I get will be a Lamson.
