I'm sure they mean well, but this seems like a bad drop.
As commented - no specification of the product. and a Micro USB?!
And as for "rugged" powerbank with open connectors to suck up all the elements of nature, doesn't seem like a good one.

$21 to ship it to Europe? Why so expensive for such small device? For example, my last drop was Crown X60 backpack, shipped for $12.
