I'm sure they mean well, but this seems like a bad drop. As commented - no specification of the product. and a Micro USB?! And as for "rugged" powerbank with open connectors to suck up all the elements of nature, doesn't seem like a good one.

DimaGHey DimaG I work for Lander and the smallest version is a 1.0A output but the two larger both have 2.4A outputs
