Leki makesan attachment for the top of their normal poles, along with gossamer gear. Personally, i like to lash an ultra pod to 2 poles, then guy line it out.

Whoah, the threaded camera knob is brilliant... I'm so sad my poles don't have that, but not so sad I'd buy this one.
