Does this come with a converter? The picture shows a converter and cartridge but the specification doesn't say it comes with a converter.

Noodle1By the picture shown above the royal and the raven colored fountain pens it appears it does. Though you are correct. It says nothing discretely telling us. I think this comes with a cartridge and a converter. I am not 100% sure though
