I just got an email from LG on Saturday thanking me for registering my OLED65C7P from this drop. I'm certain I did nothing to register it, nor did I input my email address or contact info or name or anything anywhere in the UI menus (save for maybe the Netflix app the day I got the TV). Did Massdrop do this for me?

flitchI think Massdrop uses your information from your Massdrop profile in order to register the TV for you. On the drop it mentioned ensuring that your phone number was in your profile for registration purposes. @B.Hutch also mentions this down below in another comment: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/lg-55-inch-c7p-oled-4k-hdr-smart-tv/talk/1960767?utm_source=linkshare&referer=Y9B2KZ
