It’s a decent product but I purchased the wireless LG optional speakers from BestBuy and they connect to the soundbar perfectly but the connection usually drops randomly and I cannot figure out why. I have to most recent firmware and everything but still loses connection from time to time.
I thought it was this and that but ultimately it came down to being the sound bar itself. Popping and cutting out when atmos is enabled. Ive swapped out every thing but the soundbar so I probably got a lemon.
Absolutely amazing - added the rear speaking and it blows away the $1600 Yamaha I bought for my living room - this is in my bedroom and its kick a$$. The only issue I have on sound volume on the center is on major sport events. No issue at all otherwise - the Atmos is really out of this world - I highly recommend!!!!
got this for my computer just to find out that the phone app does not work at all and i cant get the spk8 wireless surround sound speakers to work with it and only a few shows on windows 10 ONLY operating systems so my windows 7 system dont support dobly atmos and i have no idea if all the speakers in the sound bar work as it seems to only have the center speakers on most the time and very rarely do i notice the left and right speakers for surround sound on certain youtube videos, also the top firing speakers seem to only work with dobly atmos so these are useless then?
Everything works as advertised, plug and play. The volume is not as loud as a full range speaker setup, but the convenience of having all sound from one source (and the declutter) makes this worth the cost. The mounting process was simple and is very sturdy. Sound is clear and moderately full, but at large volumes does lack some midrange. Sub is decent enough and gets the job done, will not hit you like other powered subwoofers, but is nicely balanced for the soundbar.
I do have an LG 65" 4k HDR TV and did run into some issues running ARC, which forced me into a two remote situation, but this is my only gripe worth noting.
Sound bar was a great upgrade at a great price. I added rear speakers which is a necessity. Will hold me over well while I save for a true atmos set up.
