DO NOT ORDER if you want your items in a timely fashion. I ordered this soundbar on 10/12/2018. Estimated SHIP date is 11/7/18? Really guys? almost a month to ship?!

bhazelAt the bottom of EVERY Massdrop deal is the estimated ship date. If that date is unacceptable to you, don't order and then publicly complain.

triculiousI got mine yesterday. They informed me today it was shipping. Everything looks good and will be setting it up over the weekend.

DkrochonIt’s actually really weird because I checked the shipping notification email and there is a tracking number which I didn’t expect to see it because they didn’t put the tracking number on the website. And tracking says they shipped it on Monday 17th, estimated delivery is today. Hopefully I’ll get it today

I believe Sep 10 was the estimated ship date for this drop. I hope we'll get a status update soon. As with any Massdrop purchase, I can't wait to get it!

It hasn't happened to me prior to this drop, but just googling yields that delays between 1 week to a month have happened. They should post an update to the Discussion section soon, hopefully.

I got it today at work with no tracking shipped. Was more of a pleasant surprise. I'm in PA, came from Edison, NJ.

It's kind of like a group buy agreement with the manufacturer. If a set amount of people agree to purchase, the price drops. The more people that agree to buy something on a "drop," the cheaper it can get until it reaches the agreed lowest price. I can assure you, MassDrop is not pulling a fast one on you.

i agree with Zapablast. You can score some nice deals. I just assembled my AK Racine chair via mass drop. Everyone thinks I paid over $500 for my chair. I paid half as much as my biddies. Lol.

It just randomly arrived at my work today. No warning. No indication that it had shipped whatsoever. Nothing.

SobyWell, you got it in basically in the time frame expected, just not a notification it was coming. That's a small reason not to use the service again. I have gotten shipping information before, so this is probably some weird reason.

I purchased this from Massdrop and actually received it very fast.
The sound is loud and vibrant, but the bass is really lacking. I'm wondering if anyone else noticed that?
I'm coming from a Sony HTST7 and the soundbar. The LG soundbar has very clear vocals, much better for normal TV watching, but the bass is just not there. I'm going to work with it a little more and contact LG support if there is no improvement.

policeman51Hey, how did this turn out? Mine is the same way. I returned mine to LG warranty repair, continue to have issues. WiFi seems bad, etc.

GregblydeI ended up just selling it on ebay and getting a Sony HT-ST9.
I can only guess it's a bad batch or something because I went to Best Buy and listened to the same model and the bass was good.

Ben_EThe Chromecast integrated is for receiving casted audio. You would need a separate Chromecast Ultra for the video/apps experience.
