Using the filtering technology behind the popular LifeStraw Personal, the LifeStraw Go allows you to carry safe drinking water with you on any adventure. Sturdy, inconspicuous, and easy to use, this refillable bottle removes 99.9999 percent of bacteria and 99.9 percent of protozoa, instantly raising your water source—be it faucet, river, or stream—to US EPA drinking standards. The LifeStraw Go weighs only 5.2 ounces, with a flip-top bite valve, screw-on lid, and carabiner for attaching to your backpack. When the filter isn’t needed, simply remove it and use the bottle on its own. The filter should clean at least 1,000 liters of water, and can easily and inexpensively be replaced as needed.
You won’t need electric power, batteries, or replacement parts to get your LifeStraw Go going: Simply fill the bottle with untreated water, screw on the lid, and sip freshly filtered water through the mouthpiece. The water runs through a hollow fiber membrane that removes bacteria, reduces turbidity, and imparts no additional aftertaste. The bottle can hold up to 22 ounces, and the construction is entirely BPA- and chemical-free.
