RapskyI'm also curious in this, not sure if a dac is required or if I can just use an adapter for the rca to my sound card (it supports 300 Ohms so it should be fine but I am new to this)
DylanFosterYou could probably get a 3.5 mm to rca cable for your computer, but depnding on your sound card, you may not get the best sound quality. But it would work.
nicdubI'm also wanting to get a mic that uses an XLR cable eventually so I need an audio interface eventually. It's just expensive to get it all at once. I'm going to do some a b testing and see what differences there are. Thanks for the help!
DylanFosterNo problem. There are some really good and relatively inexpensive DAC's out there, like the Dragonfly Black ($99) or Red ($199), which can serve as both a DAC for the Little Dot or as a standalone portable amp/DAC. I use the DF Red, but either would be a good choice.
