I've owned the Little Dot MKIII for about 4 years now. It's a super bit of work. I purchased it shortly after receiving my Schiit Valhalla. Both are exceptional value. Though different both are more than equal to the task with all my Phones ranging from 32 & 38 ohms (Grado PS500 w/ PS1000 ear foam pads & Hifiman HE500) through 300 ohms (Sennheiser HD600 & 650) to my underrated 600 ohm Beyer DT 880's. It shines brightest with the higher load phones. This amp, of the seven tube and solidstate amplifiers in the stable, is by far the biggest bang for the buck. Cheers

dmacg1Hey man, am undecided whether to get this or the Valhalla, any pros & cons? And also which do you prefer?

TimorinoLeeIf I had to choose it would be the Valhalla, but only because I like everything Schiit does....
Buy them both. Don't choose.

dmacg1Hahah, if I had that much funds I would but due to constraints I have to pick one. Looks like I'm saving up for the Valhalla! Loved the way it sounded when I tried it but never got the chance to test the little dot. But given the advantages of the Schiit, probably would go for it.
