Pretty disappointed in Massdrop. I just bought these headphones six weeks ago for $125 and then they turn around and have them for $100. It’s bullshit.
Order these on the current drop. Anyone know if the mic works while plugged in or do you need a wired mic cable, just want to know if I need to order a cable.
Agaim USA only drop... ah
Cetkov
This sucks, really want to get this. The one on amazon is US only too.
Just FYI...you can get these directly from M&O Electronics via Amazon in like-new condition for only $5.49 more (shipping) and have them within 1-4 weeks. https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B071HXD5RV/ref=dp_olp_all_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=all ...honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the purchases from this drop end up being from the same stash of like-new cans that have been re-boxed. Nah, they wouldn't do that... ;)

I can get a pair of V Moda Crossfade Wireless headphones for about the same price. Any suggestions on which to choose?

I believe they only take V Moda brand pads, but I was shocked by the amount of sound leak and basically wrote off any hope of making it work.
My ears get sore fairly easily and over ear is a necessity. Thanks for the suggestion though
Firstly; I’m super disappointed that we paid extra 25$ on first drop and now it is going less!! That’s indeed not fair and Massdrop should refund us specially it is with 1 month! Secondly the sound seems okay however the Bass is not as strong as I expected. My open back Senni 6XX modded has same bass and that headphones not been made for bass (just normal bass at its best). thirdly; have anyone notice the 3 holes on the Right cup seems closed?! Lastly; quality like a 10 bucks headphones

I just pumped into the review section here and found “DiamondPilot” review confirms what I was trying to say regarding the bottom end (sub-bass and Bass), of which he needed to open it, tamper with it by adding deadning mats to be able to get the bass a bit better....so does it worth all this hassle for a out of the box supposedly basshead headphone?! again maybe the patch we all bought at first sale (although was higher in price) was defective as the reviews of RBH and even the new rebranded Urbanfun are extremely positive everywhere and on Head-fi...but seems no luck here with the MOOH!

Sorry to hear of your disappointment in the MOOH headphones. Yeah, I would have thought that they'd would be similar-sounding to the RBH model. Before giving up on them, I highly recommend you purchase pair of Brainwavz pads (the standard protein leather oval model, available in many colors, on sale now on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MFDT894) and swap them on. In my experiences with 'pad-rolling', the Brainwavz are always a sure bet, usually improving the comfort and sound (overall clarity and solidity, as well as slightly increased bass) of any headphone. If you desire more substantially more bass (and slightly reduced treble), consider getting Brainwavz' real sheepskin leather pads, which actually 'breathe' better than the protein leather pads.
I was so excited to get these today but the box came all crushed and the headphone was broken. One of the sides is broken so its not even wearble.

Gotown_Rebel
its back now!
Is the drop going to be live till black Friday xD
ReDrop PLEASE!
Are these the same Beryllium reviewed by Zeos sometime back? Looks familiar.

Yes, Rebranded RBH HP2
I first heard these at CanJam socal and was blown away by the sound quality, especially given the low price tag! The isolation was very good and they were pretty comfy too. I don't like noise cancellation as I feel it ruins the sound and they really don't need it. I ended up buying a pair on the spot and I love them! If these were $500 I would say you might want to audition them, for $125 they are simply a no brainier!!!
Bass lovers delight!!! I've tried these at CanJam NYC earlier this year. Very nearly bought them too. Recommended for the sound, the price, and all it's features.
These are the exact same. I’ve heard them. The newest rebrand is the urbanfun, which can be purchased off alli express. Worth it for the price. Build is subpar but strong. That is, they look and feel cheap but won’t break easily.
On Amazon for $149. Generally good reviews there.

How well do these block sound? I would be using them on my daily commute and would prefer something that covers my whole ear and blocks the sound pretty well

Good to know, probably won't go with these then
Ha well with so much bass I couldn't hear the large crowd around me at CanJam! I find most over ear headphones give me adequate isolation on the NYC trains I ride with a passive design. I don't like noise cancellation.
Beryllium driver??? Utopia status??? Can we discuss?

You take a “normal” plastic driver and then you coat it with a fine layer of Beryllium. That makes it more rigid. I guess it’s cheaper than building 100% beryllium drivers.
If they were 100% beryllium they would cost a grand or more like the Focal.
I have the rbh-hp2. They sound so damn good but the build qaulity is shite
FIRST! I believe these are re-branded RBH-HP2 which was reviewed by Mr. Zeos. They sound amazing for the Price.

I don't think the are the same, even though they look a like. RBH HP2 are very clear and bright headphones, on YouTube review this were told doesn't have good mids.
umidikim
These are actually the same in fact. The RBH version and these and the Urbanfun are all coming out of the same Chinese factory... not that there's anything wrong with that. Maybe the RBH are tuned a little differently than the others as is usually the case. But RBH has discontinued these headphones so eBay is where to find them if looking. Otherwise just buy these clones.
