After about a month and a half of use, the stand is holding up fairly well. Fits my Note 4 with Spigen case with width to spare, and once you clamp down, it sticks fairly solidly.
Slight faults - if you move cars frequently, the glue isn't quite as strong, and the cup needs an occasional remount. Also, the clamp doesn't spring open as quickly as it did before, so I agine that will continue down the road.

I got the package shipped to India. Hold iPhone 6 very well. Non residue glue on the base works fine, and damping is good. Although some of the plastics are of not very good quality.

Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Macally Mobile Phone Car Mounts shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.

How does the dash board mount work? If it's the same or similar suction cup to the window I just can't see it working on my dash?

Could you measure the suction cup diameter? I have one spot on my car where I'd want to mount it but I'm not sure if its wide enough for most suction cup mounts.

I've owned this style mount and they wear out quickly because the plastic gear teeth get worn down.

Hey Everyone. Here is how I am using the MGRIP2 here in the office with my Note 3 inside the Otterbox commuter series case. These mounts are meant to be used with almost all phones out there and even small GPS systems.
