There's a review here on Outdoor Gear Lab: https://www.outdoorgearlab.com/reviews/clothing-womens/down-jacket-womens/marmot-quasar-nova-hoody-womens which suggests that it is:
a) Very light (slightly heavier than the Ghost Whisperer but not by much)
b) Pretty damn warm with the fill etc
c) Main negative is it "wetting out" as the fabric doesn't have good water resistance, which isn't to be expected of down jackets of course, but given that down loses its insulation value when wet would render it then very ineffective for keeping you warm.
So from all this it would seem that it's a good buy, good piece of lightweight gear at a very reasonable price, but you'd need to take special care to use it with waterproof layer and ensure it doesn't get wet. Whereas some of the other brands have more water resistant fabric outer and/or some use synthetic fill also under the armpits and places likely to get moist, which this one doesn't.
Hope that's somewhat helpful.
