that would be my second complaint about the original X00s - the over abundance of cable that dangle every time i want to use them. the Elex is hassle free in a desktop environment, with the X00 the cables always compete for desk space with my laptop / monitor / dac / amp or end up on the floor waiting for someone to trip over or get smooshed by a rolling chair
