these games are supposed to be simple & quick. That leads me to wonder if they'd be good games to introduce 6 year olds to adult board games? Thoughts?
bryanlarsenHey, I've played all 3 games, but I can't speak for whether or not they would be good for a six year old. Here's an article on r/boardgames that has Tsuro and King of Tokyo in the age group of 7-8. People in the comments also say they play Splendor with their 6 year old.

In my opinion, Splendor can be played at any age provided the child can read numbers and match symbols. There is no reading involved in the game, but the strategies entailed will be a bit complex for a child.
King of Tokyo is purely a dice-rolling game with little strategy, so a child should be able to pick it up quite easily. You may have to explain what some of the cards do though.
Tsuro would seem appropriate for a child. The most they have to do is place a tile and move his piece along the path he created. Overall, I think these games would be totally fine for a 6-year old. Hope I helped.
bryanlarsenHonestly, my first play of King of Tokyo, a 6-7 year old won the game. It's VERY approachable (and he seemed to love the theme). His only problem was holding all the dice to roll, as they're a bit big.
Tsuro, the rules and mechanics are very straight forward, so should be easy enough to teach.
