Testing with different cables and destinations yields no sound from my mic. It worked perfectly fine a couple weeks ago, I'm just now picking it back up since then and it won't function. Any tips?
EDIT: I am now further bewildered. When plugged into an input on my Behringer Xenyx 1002 mixer or into the mic jack of my USB sound card there is nothing but static. When plugged directly into my laptop, it works perfectly. Why is this?
