Which shipper will be used for Canada?

pjw9I would also like to know this. Please use USPS so that we can avoid crazy customs and brokerage fees that are charged by couriers like UPS, Purolator, FedEx, and DHL.

pjw9Seconded. Where'd Kevin go. Kevin? Little USPS love for Canada?
pjw9Sorry, Canada will likely ship via DHL. I'm looking at the latest drop, (Hifiman HE350's) and Canadian packages took about 8-10 days from our door to delivery (pretty good for international!) It's really up to Canadian customs, and how backlogged they are, as to the exact delivery times though. We've seen some Australian packages delivered within 4 business days (rarely, but sometimes)...

Kevinmajority seems to prefer USPS. Is there a possibility that the shipper can be changed?

KevinDefinitely would appreciate USPS. Hopefully going in with some co-workers on this drop. I tend to find DHL charging more than they should for customs.

KevinI think I speak for all Canadians when I say I don't think any of us mind waiting a few extra days for shipping if it means i'm not being robbed by DHL.

KevinIt's not about shipping times, but rather about ridiculous extra $$$ charged by couriers other than USPS. I wouldn't mind waiting extra week or longer than deal with DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc..

KevinWhen I bought my Stax headphones in May, shipping from Japan to US only took 4 days (USPS). 8-10 days isn't that good, IMO.

KevinPlease change to USPS! Bad enough our dollar is down and it'll cost around $300 to get these cans to my door PLUS more from DHL. It's also the holiday season so the customs are probably going to stay on top of duty taxes. I hope you understand, your neighbours up north would really appreciate it :)

KevinPlease use USPS. I have received packages very quickly (often within 2 weeks) from them and they do not overcharge customs fees. DHL, and other couriers, charge a huge fees, in comparison.

KevinDelivery speed is not the concern. It's the gouging with their 'brokerage fees'.

pjw9I'm guessing they have a deal with DHL.
KevinKevin pllleeeaaassseeeee talk to others about USPS for this. We don't care how fast we get it, we just don't want to pay another 50% of the product in USD when it gets to out door.
True story too. I once order a package that was $100, it came through DHL and they charged me $50 in customs fees.
If this can be changed to literally any other shipping company I'll join the drop. If not then I won't pick this up.

CanadianPenguinUPS has done the same to me (charged me $400 on a $1200 order). I think we're only safe with USPS to be honest.
Hyperi0nUSPS, your our only hope!

KevinJust making sure I get my voice in here too about going USPS. I've also been charged an extra 50% on my items by carriers like UPS and DHL.
