this is the first time i hear about massdrop i search for a contact us button , didnt find one , so i suppose i have to write my question here ?
if i buy this monitor and it arrive DOA or defective , how easy its gonna be to return it ? , i live in canada and paying for the return price would be prohibitive (post canada price are ridiculous) i know site like amazon cover the return shipping price , is it the same with massdrop ?

ErethrinI don't think you have to worry about that because they offer a pixel perfect guarantee. They however do not have a return policy on the monitor as said here: https://www.massdrop.com/profile/Will/comments/1849798 But I'm sure if the monitor was DoA they would oblige. Maybe we could get @Will to clarify on this?

CharlieMason @CharlieMason @Erethrin @Will Will has already said in a previous post that they offer replacement monitors if you get a single dead pixel within 1 year, and it has a 2 year warranty on the monitor itself if anything goes wrong, so refunds are indeed unlikely, but you still get peace of mind with replacement if you run into any issues.
