ErethrinI don't think you have to worry about that because they offer a pixel perfect guarantee. They however do not have a return policy on the monitor as said here:

But I'm sure if the monitor was DoA they would oblige. Maybe we could get @Will to clarify on this?

CharlieMason@CharlieMason @Erethrin @Will Will has already said in a previous post that they offer replacement monitors if you get a single dead pixel within 1 year, and it has a 2 year warranty on the monitor itself if anything goes wrong, so refunds are indeed unlikely, but you still get peace of mind with replacement if you run into any issues.

if i buy this monitor and it arrive DOA or defective , how easy its gonna be to return it ? , i live in canada and paying for the return price would be prohibitive (post canada price are ridiculous) i know site like amazon cover the return shipping price , is it the same with massdrop ?
