AABBIISSHHEEKKI got mine in Calgary Alberta a little while ago, and they had no taxes or fees! They are incredible headphones so far man, you will really enjoy them I am sure. I have seen reviews saying to let them sit playing for a good 10 - 12 hours before using them just to "break them in" but others say that is crap. Dont listen to the negative comments, give them a listen.

Edit: Checked my records and I didn't pay duty, just taxes. They arrived 12 days after the shipping notice.
They're well worth the price. I typically reach for them when listening to acoustic, rock and some metal genres instead of using my Audio Technica ATH-AD2000s. My only complaint about the HiFiMan HE-350s is comfort
