Do the hall switch share the same mechanism as the box type switch or is it completely different from all existing mechanisms?
Edit: halo. Not hall. Autocorrected.

etatauriHall effect switches on an XMIT keyboard? Not at all similar other than being a linear switch. Box switches also aren't in this drop.

etatauriThe BOX type switches are built differently, they are rated for IP56 (Protected against dust and streams of water). See standard Halo True: https://input.club/the-comparative-guide-to-mechanical-switches/tactile/halo-true/ See Box typed Grey(?): http://kailh.manufacturer.globalsources.com/si/6008841433231/pdtl/Mechanical-keyboard/1149167763/BOX-Switch.htm
