Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. I should have 2 speakers and 2 cables right? I only have a cable.
Something doesn't make sense here
If you go to the original email, you may notice you had 2 tracking numbers sent. The cables one is the one I'm missing atm, which is 0.7 lbs / 0.32 kgs and it should be a 1/8" to dual 1/4" cable, only one.
The package for the speakers was around 28 lbs, if I remember correctly. It does indeed include two speakers, along with the certification paper, the rubber feet, and power cords.
Update - looks like I should've read your follow up post. I did find another tracking number, whew! I packed when I saw the packing slip... usually packing slips define what is in the contents of the box.... -__-
