I used this on my last backing trip (22+ miles over 3 days). I did not fully inflate it and found it to work perfectly for sleeping on my back and moderate/decent for side sleeping (in a tent). I really enjoy having some kind of pillow versus clothing and this was a BIG space saver over my previous option (Thermarest compression pillow, medium). I would be lying if i said there wasn't a little trade-off in terms of space/weight-saving versus comfort. I lost a little comfort, but slept well anyways and gained a little weight savings and a LOT of space.

designpassionCurious to see how this compares to my Nemo Fillo, this one definitely has it blown out the water weight -wise.

Leonidas13Haven't had any experience with the Nemo, but the price is right for this product and if you are already using an inflatable then you would just be getting use to the void ("x") cut in the middle and the lack of soft covering.
I should have mentioned in my initial review that the temperature dropped enough to the point where i was comfortable sleeping in my knitted cap and that the cap made the surface of the pillow irrelevant. Sleeping bare-skinned (with no cap) might be a little noisy when re-adjusting and/or less comfortable due to the material surface.

designpassionGood to know, I was planning on pulling my buff over this at night to make up for the lack of covering.
The Nemo has memory foam on the sleeping surface and allows you to stuff it for more fill but at 9.2oz, its a bit heavy.
