If I didn't already own a pair of walnut/silver Mezze Classic 99, I would jump on these.
These are like Sennheiser 6xx, but closed. These are musical, and beautiful. Cups not as comfy as Senn 6xx or Philips shp 9500, but not bad.
Sounds great direct from phone/laptop, but GREATLY benefits from a good amp.
The CTH tube amp pairs incredibly well with these, as does the audioengine d3
