Noticed that some of you have had some difficulty swapping cables. When we were working with samples and prototypes, I did notice that the fit of the connectors in the housings can be firm the first time that you pull them out. You don't want them to be loose, but they do get a bit easier after you have swapped cables a couple of times. One method I use to remove a cable is to pinch both sides of the cable connector with my thumb & index finger while pushing away from the shell at the same time. Kind of a "squeeze + push with fingertips away from shell + pull the connector straight out" action (with two fingers only, hold the earpiece with the other hand so it won't fall down). This adds leverage and control to pull the pins out in a straight line. Hope that helps!
