Any recommendations on a replacement cable with iPhone controls? Nothing fancy

AlexZeroive actually been considering one of these for a bit now. if i can get in on this drop in time i will probably try this thing out too. its not a replacement cord, but it turns the headset into a bluetooth set and it says it has "advanced phone controls" which i assume means it will play/pause/volume/ at least.
my main worry would be sound quality of course, but for $100 could come in pretty handy for on the go with a phone.
