We've verified the design for the ISP flashers, and I believe they're getting ready to go out - I think @YanboWu will be able to provide more details on that front. We're working on the full instructions, but it's basically just plugging it into the Light like this, plugging the Pro Micro into the computer, and flashing the Light's bootloader/production firmware through that. The Pro Micro is also socketed, so you'll be able to use it for other projects :)
