Just got my headset. The audio quality is fantastic, but I run into issues when using on Xbox One. Anyone I am chatting with can hear an echo through my headset (their voice, game sounds, etc). I am using a pcv-05 adapter. This happens even when the volume is so low I cannot hear it. As well the volume control does not work when using the pcv-05 adapter. How can I fix this?

bdaanthonyI use these on Xbox one, I don't have this issue though... Make sure you have all your audio settings through the console set up so you're using headphones, but otherwise I'd check the adapter you're using to make sure it's not an issue. Sennhesier offers a console cable (one termination instead of two) but it's out of stock on their website. Something else, you might want to make sure that it's not pushing chat audio and game audio in the same channel. I don't know if that would really be an issue, but it sounds like you're getting feedback.
If you have a different adapter you might want to try that, I've had bad ones before that caused issues. Make sure your cable is seated in the headset as well, give it a little push.
