M_RiGGzNot really, I had the audio die in the left ear and as warranty replacements got the game ones. If you are always at a pc with dual 3.5mm these are slightly better since they are cheaper but the game ones include a single 3.5mm cable so you could plug into something that has a combined headphone and microphone jack.

M_RiGGzOnly the color, as i know of. The color on the PC37X is just black, while the Game One has some red in it.
