My Carbon Fiber stub has arrived. (Waiting for the green resin next!)
First impressions: * lightweight compared to my other Monteverde, a stainless steel Invincia. * a little slippery, though that might be because we're in a heatwave and I don't have AC... * does not post well (neither does my Invincia) * stub has a good balance between wet and dry. Doesn't take forever to dry, but wet enough to get nice shading.
Overall very nice, looking forward to additional Monteverdes in my future.

toomanypensThanks, @toomanypens. I'm looking forward to receiving my Jewelria. I have a sample of J. Herbin Emerald of Chivor en route as well, to break in the stub-nibbed green pen. It's the little things... P. S. Your name is an oxymoron. ;)
