The dishwasher-safe ceramic is also stain, odor, and crack resistant. Also available? The Original Pie Shield, which allows pies to rise and prevents burning; the Pie Marker, which scores pies with a visible cutting guide for eight uniform pieces; the Pie Weight Chain, which prevents empty pie shells from shrinking, bubbling, and buckling; and the Pie Weight Ceramic, which effectively weighs down pie dough to keep it from bubbling.
