I was hoping this would last longer than my previous light I bought at Home Depot. It did not! I didn’t even get 12 full months out of it. I get plenty of sunlight all day, and by night... the lights are dimmer than candles.

Mine works perfectly with plenty of light. Because it only cycles on when the electric eye is triggered, battery capacity is never an threatened.

I got two of these and they're both working very well. They've outlasted cheaper solar lights that I got on Amazon, and the three lights can be aimed to cover, say, the deck and part of the yard so the dogs can see to go out at night. There have been a few constantly-overcast days when the battery didn't charge, but otherwise they've been dependable and I'm planning to get more. I did take care to put the solar cells so they'd reliably get light both in summer and winter.

cheap plastic, came in cheap packaging, i feel i over paid for this product....you can get the same or better item from home depot, lowes, or even on amazon for about the same price. not really impressed at all with this item.
massdrop supposed to be better than this. it's so dissapointing, i didn't even put it up on my house...because it's not worthy. my home deserves a better piece than this crap. i just want to send it back, but i'll just take the loss this time. shame on me for joining this drop...

Talk about a giant waste of money. This is the first bum product I have received from Massdrop and it sucks.
The light is so dim BUGS won't even fly to it, it's like a night light for raccoons and other critters.
VERY, VERY disappointed.
PS It is hung for maximum effect and the solar panel sees sun all day.
I wish I could get a refund on this sorry ass product.
