Id like to know about this brand's warranty and customer support. Im tempted to buy in because of the great specs and that this is an American company. So Id expect customer support to be easier since its domestic.
But im afraid of dead pixels or being told "you need this number of dead pixels for return". Can anyone from Nixeus chime in? Whats your policy on dead pixels?
ZeeBroI've previously gotten a Nixeus Monitor from a drop here, and was able to return it with only one stuck pixel. Granted, that was a brilliant red pixel in the middle of the screen, but I think it still applies.

3-year manufacturer's warranty. As far as customer support, they're really active on here and on Reddit. They've been very professional and reasonable from all that I have seen. Worth noting that I saw a Nixeus rep say that they deliberately waited to release this model until the yields were high enough to keep the RMAs low. So I would be pretty confident getting it. If you did get a stuck pixel(s) I'd imagine you could work something out with them. I'm using their VUE 24 monitor that I got from the drop on here and I have nothing but good things to say about the product and the company.
