Nodus Shell Case for iPhone 6 / S / Plus

Received my case for my Iphone 6S + it was defective the ringer side of the case that has the volume keys is not aligned properly when Nodus die cut. So the ringer control on my phone does not function and the ringer keys are not lined up so the volume controls do not function. Contacted Mass and Nodus. Here is what was said, Massdrop " it will take several weeks for a replacement but send us a video and pictures or just return for a refund" Nodus "you have Massdrop pay for shipping the case back to us in the UK and we will replace. No one wants to pay $34 for me to ship this defective case. I am out the case cost ---$$$ and this was a fathers day gift.
