Just got mine today after a long wait due to Chinese new year.
Unfortunately the brown bottle broke .
And I do think it is because of the poor packing:no bubble paper,only air bag on top and bottom but no sideway support,and the bottle that broke was at the side of the package.
Please improve your ink packing so more international customer can enjoy your deals.Currently your packing is not suitable for international transport of ink.
DeathWatchHey @DeathWatch -- I think I saw the Customer Support was handling this, but please let me know if you haven't yet received a refund or replacement bottle. Sorry for the breakage, and thank you for letting us know. Because of comments like this, we are looking into better ways of packaging ink. Our logistics team and warehouse have been working on this and I think we're close to finding out if the solutions they've come up with are going to be better than...this.

already got my drop, unfortunately here are stuff inside the box. any mistake with shipping process? as I got two 4.5 oz bottles (blue and brown) and one 3 oz black, also only two preppys included.
Quick update for the group. It looks like the replacement shipment that was sent by the vendor for the damaged orders included a handful of 3 oz polar black skus. If you received 3 oz instead of 4.5 oz please reach out to our support staff by navigating to your transaction page and click contact support next to this order. Please provide pictures of the incorrect order to speed up the correction process.
Currently we are offering the following options.
1. Keep the polar black as is and receive a $10 partial refund.
2. Send back the 3 oz ink and we will work on getting this corrected for you.

Quick update for the group. Most orders have shipped out! The remaining orders look to be in different states of packed and should go out tomorrow. I have flagged this drop as a priority to our warehouse floor manager and will update the group as soon as the remaining orders are packed and on their way.

Vendor shipped out a replacement batch on Friday. Still waiting tracking, but should be here soon! Will update the group as soon as I receive tracking.
