Just received mine from most recent drop of non-polarized red tinfoil carbon, but I received the polarized emerald lenses instead. They feel cheap either way and like junk compare to my oakley conductor 8 glasses and the lenses are nowhere near as sharp. No made in china stamp but the fit and finish is terrible... Also NO WARRANTY if purchased from MASSDROP.

Just got mine with the purple lenses... fantastic! Ditch the made in china text but a lovely addition to my xmetal juliets. Can we get a drop for Tincan in orange?

Just got mine from the last drop. Case was dented but probably shipped from Oakley to Massdrop that way. Hopefully Massdrop makes it right. "Made in China" is stamped on the ear stem but the fit and finish actually looks pretty good. These have a normal dark gray tint when looking through them and the normal Oakley iridium "mirror" look. Lens color varies on red so each will be a little different. These are NOT big head approved. I have a medium to large head (7.5?) and they're snug. There's no stress relief or spring hinges so a big head would be tight and eventually stretch the frames out. There's no "OAKLEY" engraving at the bottom of either lens. They used to do this to cut down on counterfeiting but maybe they stopped. FYI - polarized lenses also make viewing anything with an electronic display look a lot dimmer. Car radios, phones, laptops, and cars with heads-up displays suffer. Polarization is great for when you don't want reflections, like sports and boating.

I'm very disappointed with the price hike from just a couple of weeks ago. Is there any explanation for that? As I requested this re-drop I would have been in if they were at the same price as before.
Also, I'm a bit mystified as to why the pics are different? Or is it that the pics are correct and the description is wrong?

IMPORTANT! Ok, Ive noticed this a couple of times on Massdrop. The MSRP of these sunglasses is not $290. the MSRP of the POLARIZED version of these sunglasses is $290. THESE sunglasses, the NON-POLARIZED model MSRP's for $190, so yes, you are saving money...might even be a good deal, but it isnt as advertised, and not a screaming deal. Ive noticed this with a few items...the site claims the base price...but when I compare it to the retailer site...it is advertised there as a regular lower price. This site seems to take some creative license on suggested savings.
That being said...regarding these sunglasses here. I own the Polorized version of these and I absolutely love them. I own a few Oakleys, Ray Bans and VZ sunglasses. These are my favorite all around sunglasses I own. If you dont care about polarized or not....worth a buy in my book.

Rogersd902Iridium is excellent compared to polarized. No glare without viewing issues on LCDs and tint etc

AdelscottI wear rx sunglasses (from Oakley, non polarized) when motorcycle riding because with polarized you can't see reflection from puddles in the road, makes it dangerous because if you hit a patch of water mid turn you could have a wreck. I like knowing where the water is, even though it would be nice to have other times. Just depends on usage.

KomekomePictures are different, but description and specs looks like copy/paste. And yes, those were $109.99 - I just received them yesterday. Both are described as red iridium. And while the ones I got do have red tint to them and look exactly as pictured, I don't see any red on these. It appears description is incorrect here.
