I have a problem with my watch. The subdial that shows the day of the week does not work properly. What can I do? I'm from Poland.

marwachI am having the same issue. What's the return policy or repair.
I am fearing that Mass Drop is selling defects.

marwachHi does the day indicator not move at all?. Mine moves between days during the evening and morning, so at 12am it should be right in the middle of the relevant day.

jmh14309AMAZING!!!! Exactly the same on my white faced watch! Everything OK except the day dial I took it to an accredited Seiko watchmaker in Brisbane who confirmed it's a dud and told me the movement is based on a 30 year old Seiko! Very unhappy that I've received a Lemon as I was quite excited about this particular watch but on the other hand MASSDROP customer service and warranty department have responded very efficiently to the issue. The watch is now on it's way back from Australia to New Jersey for a full refund. Think I'll stick to Seiko from now on.

CabriobeeetleHi I think you will find that Orient are now wholly owned by Seiko and have been part of the Seiko group since 2001 They have produced their own 'in house' automatic movements since at least 1950. Its a real shame that some watches in this drop have had problems, it is very unusual for any Japanese made watch to have such problems.

SkolThanks Skol. Maybe the Seiko quality control dept should be taking a closer interest?
