Inspired by the company’s best-selling Helium II rain shell, the Outdoor Research Helium Traveler jacket and pants come with all the protection you’ll need in a serious deluge. The Pertex Shield+ 2.5L 30d ripstop fabric is waterproof, windproof, breathable, and lightweight, with full seam taping and a laminated construction. The jacket features a fully adjustable hood, an internal storm flap, and zippered hand pockets, one of which doubles as a stuff sack. On the pants, the back pocket doubles as a stuff sack, the ankle zippers allow the pants to be removed while still wearing shoes, and the reflective logos ensure you can be seen in low-visibility conditions. The jacket and pants weigh a scant 7.8 ounces and 5.4 ounces, respectively.
