You're right: If the quantity threshold for the lowest price is reached, then you can get this at MSRP with free shipping. Just be sure not to confuse MSRP and market price, though: the market price for this yarn is often above the MSRP, and the market price is really what matters when shopping for "deals". Personally, I would only commit to the purchase at the lowest price because I wouldn't want to buy this at the higher price ($26).

Ok... but the real issue I have is that the drop says thread and in reality this is for yarn. Misleading drop.
