Product Description
Designed as much for office workers as it is for divers, the Aquamarine by Panzera features a cushion-style case that gives the watch a girthy 45-millimeter width. For easy legibility, the dial features long stick markers at the hour positions and exaggerated Arabic numerals—one red, one white—at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions Read More
In 2019 I relocated to Australia for work. Last week I visited the panzera workshop over in Pyrmont Sydney. I already own several of their watches so I was keen to visit. Was really impressed, they were kind enough to spend almost an hour giving me a tour and chat about watches which was very generous. They explained how the parts are made in Germany shipped to Australia and then showed me assembly of a watch with a Miyota movement. Was quite interesting to see the process. Really impressed to see that panzera watches are made in Australia. When is Drop going to sell some of their watches again? Always get a good deal on here. Would be great if you could do the new pro diver aquamarine which looks very cool..
Dougman1Hi Dougman1 yeah I have visited panzera also. Great team, I think the guy I saw there was Andrew. Agree its great to see that panzera watches are made in Australia. There are a couple of other brands down here also that I would like to check out like Melbourne watch co, but at the moment with co-vid thats not possible.
It's not too expensive and it's not bad looking. Some might find the size a little intimidating, but I wouldn't let that stop anyone who really likes the watch. Perhaps the only concern is the 24mm lug width; it's not a common size, but aftermarket straps are available.
I really wish Panzera would upgrade their movements. They make great looking watches and if they had seconds hacking I'd buy one today.

Between this watch and the SEIKO CORE DIVER SKX AUTOMATIC (the latest drop for $210) which one gives you better value for money ? I get that they are two different watches but if someone didn’t care as much, it’s $60 give or take difference, which one do you go with ? :) thanks !
