I have seen this same pen selling on Endlesspens at $198 plus free shipping and they also only have EF nibs I wonder if they are selling on massdrio as well?
Penaddict23Endless Pens have been offering this pen for US$215 since before Christmas, and recently dropped the price to US$198. (Free shipping is a new thing that Endless Pens just brought in. By that, I mean free shipping across the board, since the US is hardly the only or the largest market for either luxury writing instruments or fountain pens in general.) So, no, I don't think this is Endless Pens selling on Massdrop as yet another marketplace platform. By the way, I have recently received the second order of (this time, mainly Pelikan) pens I've placed with Endless Pens, and even though it didn't go exactly as I was expecting, the way they handled my complaint is testament to excellent customer service. If I were to buy the M405 Stresemann, it would be without a doubt from Endless Pens, on consideration of both pricing and proven (to me!) trustworthiness.

BoogieNYCNotice it's Pelikan... So Extra fine means a small medium from other brands, usually ;)

YaryI dig. I'm used to using Pelikan mediums so I'll cheek out an extra fine. Good call, thanks 👍

SteelthumbsI have a steel EF nib and I like it a lot. It doesn't have much spring or anything, but it does write smoothly and precisely.

JML54The Pelikan fines are pretty broad. What nib size are you normally used to?

Penworld has this for $211 plus shipping, I know nothing about them though. The Massdrop price is still saving $50 on ebay prices, so seems like a pretty good deal.

PenniewinkleThat seems to be for the rollerball. For the fountain pen, I'm currently seeing $308.60 as their price.

Seems this time the drop is actually a little less than you can get on Rakuten/Pen-House (this is their normal year-round price depending on Yen to USD exchange rate) https://global.rakuten.com/en/store/penroom/item/35192/

This seems to come back once a year and for the same price. I joined the drop last year and found that my order arrived within 2-3 weeks of the drop close.
