Massdrop needs to do a drop for the CORE rechargeable battery pack that works with these lights!
I am fairly new to the site. Does any one know how to suggest a drop to the company?
Here is a link to the product on Amazon but surely Massdrop can do a better price: https://www.amazon.com/Petzl-Rechargeable-Battery-Compact-Lamps/dp/B01L328L72
Showing three different versions, but only selling two? The price of the e+Lite is a bit cheaper than other places, but the price of the Tikka is more than just about everywhere else. Need to work on the descriptive and picture content, or better yet create a template for the manufacture/seller to complete and then post their information - that will get Massdrop out of the item content description business. Incorrect content and descriptions have become a real problem with Massdrop and unless the buyer is really careful they won't be getting what they think they are based on just the pictures and short descriptions. Do what you do best, get good deals and join buyers with product.

SquirrelsWhere did you find the Tikka cheaper? Because I haven't.
Basically I could spend $8 more including Seattle sales tax and grab one locally today rather than wait weeks. This is a decent drop but no major deal here.
I have one of the older e+Lites, and like @mkt42, it's one of my favorite pieces of gear. Super easy/intuitive to use, with little chance it'll get turned on accidentally in my pack. I take it on any hike where there's even a chance I'll get stuck out overnight, and I actually took it as my primary headlamp on a couple of trips this summer. I wouldn't plan to navigate trails or climbs with it (I'd prefer a stronger beam), but it's plenty strong around camp and adequate for navigating in a pinch. I also like the red beam for astronomy/astrophotography.
I love Petzls climbing gear, but their flashlights are lacking. Not waterproof (only IP X4) and they invented their own "standard" for burn times. The burn time is from full output until it drops below 0.25 lux at 2 meters, that's almost nothing.
Just have a look at the website:
https://www.petzl.com/US/en/Sport/CLASSIC-headlamps/TIKKA#.WP2UovmLREY
The same 60 hours burn time for 100 and 200 lumens?
SectionHiker just posted his review of the new e+Lite, calling it
"one of the best headlamps ever designed with an easy-to-use mode selector that prevents accidental battery drain. Now twice as bright as before, the upgraded e+LITE is a better value than ever...Strongly recommended."

Can someone please tell me ith the Tikka offered in the drop has the last use memory? That is, if I am using the red led at night does it remember the last use was a red led and NOT TURN ON the white the next time??? Very important feature for me. Thanks!
Does it comes as a set of all 3 headlamps or its price for each individual one. In the options I was able to choose color option only for one headlamp. So its give me thoughts.
VladsThe price you see is per headlamp, not for all 3. You will have the option to choose a single model/color after hitting the "Join" button for the drop.
Hope this helps!
