I have yet to receive my belt and it was supposed to ship on or around June 3rd and today is 6/11. Am the only one waiting on this item?

I ordered a size 34, but received a belt where the middle hole measures 39 inches. I can't even use the closest hole. I seem to have been sent one in the wrong size. Unfortunately, when I received this belt months ago, I only looked it over for defects, thought the quality was great, and stored it away for use at a later date without trying it on. Sent Massdrop a message, but was told I'm past the 30 days window in which I could raise an issue. My fault for not checking more thoroughly, but I'm still pissed I was sent a wrong one in the first place.
So buyer beware. You may get sent a wrong belt.

(Video of the belt, I'm pretty sure this isn't a size 34: https://youtu.be/xBfVU7krUgg)

pinetopbrand1 year on, with no resolution to this "mishap with production". They've simply stopped replying via email. Avoid this company. EDIT: What happened was the belt was stamped as a size 34, but measured far too long, so it was indeed an error during production. I never got a reply back after I was told they'd be looking into shipping options to resolve the issue, not even after a follow-up email to them. They paid lip service and left the issue hanging. Disgusting insincerity.

Quality is superb, but I ordered a 36 inch for 34 waist (as instructed on MD), it looks shorter, and feels tight. I think it is because of the belt's thickness. I wish I ordered a 38. @pinetopbrand

edu.dadI feel the same. Comparing to American Benchcraft (also ordered here) this belt is ~2 inches shorter. I wish I could exchange it but I'm from Ukraine so it's unlikely to happen.
romkoThank for your the feedback, we are very sorry about the inconvenience. If you could also send us an email we would love to talk more about it and see what we can do for you! Info@pinetopbrand.com looking forward to hearing from you!

@pinetopbrand Is the buckle made from solid brass or it's just antique-brass-colored steel?

So like is this belt going to last a fair while? I've never bought a good quality belt. Is it. Worth it?
udllerWe pride ourselves on creating our products from some of the highest quality materials we can find. We like to say that unless you want a different color, or you lose/gain a lot of weight, then this should be the last belt you ever buy. All of our belts are handmade in our workshop in Northern California. Even though our company hasn't been around long, only since 2014, we still have never had a product be returned for a repair. We also back all of our stitching and belts with a 25 year warranty so you don't have to worry about what you're paying for. Hope this helps answer your question and gives you a little more peace of mind if you decide to purchase one.

treeincPersonally I like Equus, Tannergoods, Gustin.
I've also heard of Narrangasett and Corter, which I have not tried personally.
Icefalkon says you can find the same type of belts for cheaper though.
has anyone bought this product received it?
