I am pretty disappointed that I've been (with many others, no doubt) been downgraded to "we are working with our manufacturer to come up with a new estimated time, because we didn't make enough."
I ordered this keyboard in February. It's July and I have no reasonable expectation of when I should get the kit. The $10 credit is a decent olive branch, but it's still just super disheartening to consider that it'll probably be December at this rate before I get this kit.
This is my first experience with Massdrop—the likelihood that I'd spend any more money that would afford me the opportunity to spend the $10 credit is so low at this point, you may have just sent me a WOMP WOMP gif and told me to deal with it.

keithhHey, at least you have some kind of news. I have no shipping notifications, nor any message/email about delays, nor any $10 credit. My transaction drop status is still at "Drop status - Order placed with the vendor, Estimated ship date - May 14, 2018 PT" Did your status change or something? I have no clue what's going on, on my end...
ffs, is being open and actually communicating to your customers that hard? We're not talking about a $5 flash drive from a third party vendor off eBay, we're talking telling your customers paying decent bucks about what's going on with their damn money...

folkravthat really sucks, dude. I would have thought at least those of us with the misfortune of not making the cut would have all received the same disheartening email.
my status is still the same as yours, I just got that email yesterday afternoon, PST. idk why that message wouldn't be posted up in this discussion as well. I was very much in a "well, I've waited this long..." mentality, but at this point I'm in "this is kinda FUBAR" mode.
sorry to hear you are in an even less-subtle state. it's really quite unacceptable.

folkravSame here, I have no emails of shipping and none about any extra delays. not knowing what’s happening to a keyboard you’ve paid ridiculous amounts of money for is frustrating to say the least.
