We have had one of those frothers for a few years now and my wife uses pretty regularly. It's excellent - extremely well made, and shockingly powerful, given how slim it is. It churns out great foam. It's *frother foam*, mind you, but if that's what you're after the machine does deliver. I also once used it for emulsifying vinaigrette, and it's perfect for the job, but I caught hell for it, so I have not bothered to repeat that one..
