It’s no wonder the OmniFuel is Primus’s most award-winning stove. Tested extensively over many years, it’s built to handle demanding situations, extreme altitudes, and temperatures both low and high Read More
Hello!
Is this drop for the Omnifuel or the OmniLite Ti? It looks like there are pictures of both in the product description (Brass rivets on the legs in some pictures and just titanium legs in others).
I would love to join this drop if it is in fact for the Ti version.
Thanks
Any chance of getting the Optimus Polaris Optifuel stove anytime soon? Takes all the same fuels, without ever having to change a jet... Easier to clean the jet, too!
Is this model 1 or 2? It is hard to know when the pictures are of model 2, but it doesn’t say anything about it. I would be very happy if you could clarify so we know what we are buying.

wultimateI expected, and received, an OmniFuel II, with threaded storage for two spare nozzles built into one of the fold-out stove/pot supports.
(The OmniFuel I does not have the spare nozzle storage.)
Last time around (January?) I was part of the drop.. and can confirm it was the OmniFuel II that arrived..
(Edit to add:) Then have been 2 generations of the OmniFuel models. The pictures in this drop are of the OmniFuel II - which is the latest (2015+) generation of the OmniFuel. You can tell a couple ways - shape of the legs, storage for jets in the leg, the shape and markings on the cup, etc.
Primus also makes a different stove with a similar name - the OmniLite Ti - it is a lighter weight, slightly smaller, Titanium model.
which version of OmniFuel is in drop. older I or updated version "II" ? Thanks.
info from Primus product description... : " The updated OmniFuel II is just as capable as before but has a more compact format. The new pot supports (grids) locks securely in the unfolded position and folds tighter making the stove more compact when stuffed away... "
i used this stove last week at 9000 feet (it belonged to my brother). white gas. it does work well, we had no hang ups. instead of the included screen we used rocks to shield it from winds (which i estimate at times to be at least 30 MPH). takes about 5 minutes to boil 4 cups of water in a titanium pot. my brother LOVES this stove but he dislikes anything but white gas stoves.
I'm glad someone asked about the model (titanium or not). I'll be back for the titanium version. I saw titanium in the specs also and thought that was what I was buying.
