Founded in Chicago in 2013, RH Preyda satisfies an industry need for handcrafted sharpening stones with a range of applications. Quarried in the Ouachita Mountains of Arkansas, each of its stones contain Natural Arkansas Novaculite—a material known for its density and unique siliceous structure. Since novaculite’s prehistoric discovery, it’s been used to fashion arrows and axes, and today is used to make high-quality sharpening stones suitable for virtually any blade-edged tool.
