@RL_Team, what's the Bluetooth chipset used? Also, as the specs don't mention anything on it, no Apt-X support (LL, or otherwise)?

hoodafukisaliceHi Hoodafukisalice, Thanks for the questions. The FiTerra TWS headphones have Bluetooth 5.0 and the Airoha chipset which supports SBC. This also supports AAC LC code for androiod phones which improves the SBC with better sound quality. Thanks, RL Team

FearlessleaderHi Fearlessleader, We actually have many iOS users here in our office and FiTerra and its accompanying chipset works great with our devices and completely compatible. Sound quality is great, connection is extremely good, and transmission speed is very solid. Best, RL Team

RL_TeamHello, I just received my pair, and connecting it to my Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android 8.0 I can't seem to select the AAC codec - the setting always defaults back to SBC (please see screenshot in attach). Is there something I'm doing wrong?

dominikzHello Dominikz, Good question, let us see if there is a troubleshoot available from our engineers. Get back to you as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience. Best, RL Team
RL_TeamWorking great is fine, but you need to be clear about your own product's specification! Can't do with generic "works great" or "completely compatible". Also, "completely compatible with iOS what? Which protocols *exactly* on iOS? @Massdrop, what kind of product promotion is this?

RL_TeamHi @RL_Team , I never received an actual response to my question - neither here nor after sending an email to RL support. Has there been any progress regarding the apparent lack of AAC support?
