Got my shredder today. USPS Mail Innovations tracking is not the most accurate. Estimated delivery date was Sept 3 and the tracking shows it's still in transit. On a separate note, what is the triangular guitar pick for?

_ray @_ray I used it to gather the plant material into a pile after it's been shredded. It's supposed to be for gathering the pollen out of the bottom chamber.

Hi Everyone, We're trying to sort this out. We were given a tracking number for the inbound shipment, but for some reason it was cancelled. Attached the tracking that we were waiting for.. Markhey, do you guys purposely only ship the grinder itself and nothing else? because I noticed from the space case massdrop that you guys literally just put the grinder into bubble wrap and ship that in a small box. Is there nothing else the order comes with that we should get? I know for sharp stone they give you a pollen press with the grinder but just found it strange that these premium grinders come with nothing else. i get that you guys save on shipping by only shipping the product itself but im curious

MbrewThe drop ended a week ago, we've placed the order with the vendor and we're waiting for them to arrive at our fulfillment center. This typically takes 5-10 business days- and then we flip it out to you the same day (or the next day if it comes late in the afternoon). I'll try to get an update on where the inbound shipment is for you guys.
