Very cool. Bought one for each of my kids. Then, when my youngest wasn't looking, I stole it for myself.

I really like this product it flawlessly operates exactly as it shows. It is a nice way to pass a few minutes in a waiting room that isn’t on a phone. The buttons and d-pad are smooth and responsive, battery life is long lasting and fast to charge. I recommend this to any Tetris or game fan.

This handheld is cool. It looks great. On the front, a good-looking glossy plastic on the front exposes some of the circuitry. (Though, this plastic is susceptible to smudges and light scratches.) The circuitry has a very clean design and seems to be (from appearance and reputation) specially designed. It also has a logo that looks to be etched in the same method as the circuits. On the back, the handheld is covered by attractive (but too soft, for a portable device) aluminum. It also does manage the feat of fitting Tetris "onto a business card," and started from a hack done by one person. It has echoes of DIY-cool. It is purpose-built for Tetris, as well, with a vertically-oriented, responsive OLED screen. The buttons are clicky and responsive, as well.
One of the best aspects of the Tetris Microcard is that it is another way to support the original creator of Tetris, Alexey Pajitnov. Alexey Pajitnov made no money off of the massive first wave of Tetris products, because he created Tetris while working for the government of the USSR (all work was considered collective). By buying this and other modern Tetris products, you are helping to right this wrong and give this man some of the money he deserves for his work.
From a value perspective, this handheld is not competitive with other modern options. One can buy (or build) plenty of handhelds for under $40 that have tens, hundreds, or even thousands of games. What one is paying for here is the custom design, aluminum, and small size. In particular, this handheld is much thinner than many similar competing handhelds.
There are some other flaws, as well. The screen is so bright that it can strain and hurt your eyes in the dark, and there is no brightness adjustment. (Though, it is very good on-the-go in daylight.) Also, the buttons are not mechanical switches and will lose their feel relatively quickly over time. There is no pause button either, limiting the ability to play short games when convenient, at least without sacrificing a run.
Overall, I recommend the Tetris Microcard to anyone who is either singularly interested in Tetris, who wants to support the creator, or who wants a small, slightly fancy-looking toy/trinket that they can take care of carefully, and who doesn't mind the lack of a pause or brightness adjustment. Otherwise, I recommend something of better value that plays an officially-licensed version of Tetris.

Great, compact Tetris game, you can't hold pieces, but you can hard-drop and t-spin, and toggle if you want music or not. Might not beat Tetris DS, but it comes close to the original Game Boy Tetris with a few added modern touches. That and it's TINY!

Cool
I have had this for a while now and it still is working well. It is small but usable so I just toss it in my bag for when I have down time!

The coolest way to play Tetris
About as thick as 6 or 7 business cards this little guy is small but I haven't played a better portable version of Tetris. Pop it out of your pocket, play a round or two does it's job perfectly.

This thing is just amazing. Great display, authentic sound via the piezzo speaker, good form factor. Good buttons with solid presses. The whole thing just works. Now I'm interested in getting other products from this company.

Got it for my mom since Tetris is the only video game she plays. She loves it so far.

Well constructed, comfortable to play - you might have to squint at times to set/read high scores. My girlfriend and I spent all weekend playing this trying to beat each other's high scores.
